Luis Valentine offers FREE Express Delivery for all domestic orders. Orders are dispatched same day of purchase (excludes Saturday and Sunday) and we aim for delivery to take approximately between 1 - 3 business days.

If delivery has been attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location or a card will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office. Express Delivery is usually next-day delivery from time of purchase if you’re in a major metro area.

NEW ZEALAND

Luis Valentine offers FREE Express Delivery + tracking info for all our New Zealand customers on orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $19.95. Orders can take 2 - 5 business days to be delivered to New Zealand.

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand. 

UNITED STATES

United States customers can enjoy our FREE Standard Shipping + tracking on all orders. Express delivery is available for a flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 AUD - or FREE on orders over $150 AUD. Average standard shipping time is 5 - 8 business days - or 4 business days express.

WORLDWIDE

International customers can also enjoy our FREE Standard Shipping + tracking on all orders over $150 AUD. Orders under $150 AUD incur a flat rate shipping fee of AUD $17.95. Orders can take 5 - 15 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and proximity to a major city.

During peak shopping times e.g. Valentines Day, Boxing Day, Black Friday etc. please allow for a 3-5 day delay in shipping due to high demand.
